Concilia
LAW & LAB
A space for legal counsel and mediation, where law and awareness meet.

Concilia was founded to support individuals and organisations in the conscious management of conflict, prioritising prevention, dialogue and sustainable solutions.
Every conflict has a story before it meets the law.
Listening, analysis and dialogue are the foundation of my approach.
Law & Lab
Concilia's philosophy
After many years of litigation practice, and aware of the emotional and economic costs a court case entails, I have chosen a different approach: to favour dialogue, prevention and mediation. Direct experience has shown me that recourse to a judge, while necessary in some cases, often does not resolve the conflict but tends to prolong and harden it.
From this awareness comes a different way of understanding the law: not only as a tool of opposition, but as a guide for navigating complex situations. My work integrates legal advice with negotiation tools and a reading of relational dynamics, informed also by neuroscience and studies of human behaviour.
Objective: anticipate critical issues, foster sustainable solutions and, where possible, avoid resorting to litigation.

About Me

Avv. Alessia Tamburini
I earned a degree in law (Master in Law) at the University of Zurich and obtained my lawyer's licence in 2003. After my first professional experiences, I joined a law firm in Lugano, becoming a partner in 2008. In 2013 I founded my own law practice.
In parallel, I gained experience working alongside the Juvenile Judge, deepening my understanding of family dynamics and situations of fragility. In recent years I have focused on negotiation tools and neuro-relational dynamics, with the aim of guiding my work towards shared, conscious and sustainable solutions.
I combine legal rigour with relational sensitivity, supporting individuals and organisations in the management of conflict.
“Every conflict has a story before it meets the law.”
